Fantastic Game, Shoot and Fishing Parties

The Hartnoll Hotel in conjunction with the Cruwys Morchard shoot can organise individual, or up to 8 gun days with top quality Partridge or Pheasant shooting and lunch in the luxury shooting lodge.

Tuition can be given at all levels with clay days also available.

The river Exe is the South West’s most prolific river for Salmon, Wild Trout and Grayling. You merely need to stroll from the hotel down to the river to access some of the beats. Recent Salmon catches have been improving through pro-active conservation.

Days, weekends or even a full week can be booked with a guide or instructor.

New to Fly Fishing?

No problem, our instructor can cater for parties up to 10 people.
Fishing rods, reels, waders and nets can all be hired from us and we provide rod storage and a drying room.

Stillwater trout fishing is available locally and can also be arranged through the hotel.
